my wee fairy door guarantees that the products on our website are produced with great care, and the quality of each item is of high standard. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase or exchange the goods as required. The only exceptions are Sale items.

We check all our products personally before they are sent out. However, if you receive an item that is damaged we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase in order for us to replace the product.

Any returns must be unused and returned in original packaging. Once received we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, but unfortunately we cannot refund the freight costs.
