We want to inform our valued customers that we are in the process of removing Sparkle Points from our store. This decision is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our offerings and minimise costs, helping us prevent future price increases.
If you have accumulated Sparkle Points, please take note that the last chance to redeem them will be on 15 January, 2025. After this date, any remaining points will no longer be valid, so we encourage you to use them before they expire.

Redeeming Your Reward
Once you have earned the sparkle points, to redeem your reward you need to log in to your account as above, then click on the sparkles tab which is located on the right hand side of the screen.
You will then see your sparkle points, and the 'Rewards' and 'Earn' tab as per image below.
Click 'Redeem' on your chosen reward and you will see your Coupon Code as per the following image. You will also be emailed a copy of the coupon code.
If you choose to use your discount at a later date, you can locate your coupon code when you sign in and view your account tab as per below image - click on 'Sparkles Club' after signing in. Sparkles rewards have an expiry of 1 year from issue.
